I used to work with someone who refs D1 women's basketball, she actually

works a lot of ACC games. I referee soccer through the high school level. I know I'm far from perfect and as refs we should always work to be better. But I could never talk to her about questionable calls I would see in games, either on TV or at Cassell. She would get defensive to an arrogant level, never admitting that she, or her fellow refs ever made a bad call. Like their sh*t never stinks. My opinion, there's a fair amount of bad women's basketball refs. If a lot of them have the same attitude she had (I'm sure she still has), that's a big part of the problem right there.
